What we collect
When you request an invitation we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, town, a description of your home and household, your preferred days and membership, who referred you and any notes you add.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, arrange a walk-through and provide our service. Your house manager and the owners of Palisade House can see it. We never sell or rent your information.
Measurement and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand which pages and advertisements bring visitors to us. When you send a request, we share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone number with Meta so it can measure that our advertising worked. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Meta and Google ad preferences.
Inside your home
Keys, alarm codes and anything we learn in your home are held in confidence, never shared and never labelled with your address.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have given us by writing to hello@palisadehouse.com.
